Summer 2022 Exam Certificate Collection & Senior Prize Giving Awards

If you are not attending the Senior Prize Giving Ceremony on 13 December 2022, your Summer 2022 Exam Certificates and any Senior Prize Giving Award will be available to collect from our Main Reception between the hours of 10.00am and 3.00pm daily from 14 December 2022. If you wish to nominate a family member or friend to collect your certificates/award(s), please complete this Certificate Collection Form. You only need to complete a certificate collection form if you are nominating a family member or friend to collect on your behalf.

Please note school will close for the Christmas Holidays at 12.00pm on Friday 16 December and will reopen on Tuesday 3 January 2023. Certificates will once again be available to collect from reception between the hours of 10.00am and 3.00pm.

Certificates from Previous Years

If you believe that Heckmondwike Grammar School still holds your exam certificates from a previous exam season, please complete this form Certificate Collection Request Form.

Please note that we are only required to hold your certificates for 12 months after they have been awarded, after that they may be confidentially disposed of following the guidelines laid out by the JCQ and the Awarding Bodies.
